Apply for a new desert camp permit

Q: Add camp permit to your safari permit

Go to the issued section and locate the existing valid safari permit. Click add a camp permit. If you don't have a safari permit yet, apply for a new safari permit first.

Q: Enter camp details

Fill in the requested camp details and upload all required documents including: No Objection Cerrtificate (NOC) from Dubai civil defence for camp permits. A copy of the tenancy contract from Dubai Municipality. A permit from Dubai Municipality. For each tour guide employed, you will need a copy of the tour guide's DET ID, and a copy of the tour guide's residency visa.

Q: Receive initial approval and supply any additional documents

Applications will be reviewed and responded to with an initial approval within one business day. Once you receive approval from DET return to your application and continue to attach additional required documents.

Q: Make the payment and submit

Pay fees via the portal and submit the application. The fees vary depending on the camp size and will be approximately 5,000AED – 25,000AED per year. DET will review your application within one business day.
