If individuals or professional operators are planning to rent out an apartment or villa for holiday lets, they need to register with DTCM. Our Holiday Homes system provides access to a range of services and facilitates guest check-in and check-out.

Passport or Emirates ID copy of the property owner or operating tenant(s), commercial licence copy for professional operators, passport or Emirates ID copy for the manager representing a professional operator

Individual holiday home owners, tenants or operators
Fee
AED 1,500 (+ AED 10 knowledge fee + AED 10 innovation fee)

Applications will be reviewed within one business day
