Second Common Grounds coming to Dubai

A second Tom & Serg’s Common Grounds is opening in Dubai this month – at The Beach JBR. The café will be inside a new gym – The Warehouse Gym – which is opening in January. There’s already a very popular Warehouse Gym on Umm Suqeim Road in Al Quoz, and they have a small outdoor training spot on The Beach, too.
