The Dubai Shopping Festival 2016 has seen the organizers Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), an agency of the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), working closely with retailers all over Dubai to bring forth special activations for the benefit of shoppers throughout the 32- day festival.
