Submit the trade licence and the criteria sheet. The e-ticketing team will validate the trade licence activity approval and criteria sheet escalation. If approved, a copy will be sent to the legal team and to the organiser CAT B. If declined, resubmit the trade licence and criteria sheet.

Login to eForm to create the invoice. Then, make the payment in the payment centre and share the receipt with the e-ticketing team. The account set-up will take place in conjunction with the implementation plan.

Register as a ticket seller (API)

Q: Submit manager’s cheque

Submit the manager’s cheque by event. Once the manager’s cheque is approved, a confirmation will be sent to the e-ticketing partner. If the manager’s cheque is not approved, resubmit the manager’s cheque.

Q: Generate the contract

Prepare the contract and obtain partner signature. Then, send it back to DET’s procurement department. Finally, ensure the contract is signed by the CEO.
