Your application will be evaluated and we will inform you whether your application has been successful. If successful, we will contact you with details of the next steps. Successful food and beverage vendors will be provided with a no objection certificate [NOC] required for your application process at Dubai Municipality. If your application has been declined for this year’s event then you do have the option to reapply if you are able to meet the required criteria.

Q: Apply for your chosen event

You can register your interest to participate in a Dubai Festival and Retail Establishment event by filling in the required form below.

Q: Prepare required documentation

This includes your trade license and your proposal. Include details such as your company type, information about your company, your concept, what you plan to sell, what price points you will offer and your contact information.

Q: Sign contract and make payment

Successful applicants are required to sign a contract and make a deposit payment. Rental agreements will be required to pay 100% of the fee. Revenue share agreements will follow the agreed fee structure negotiated as part of your contract.
