Go to the classification portal and enter the username and password of the property profile you wish to update.

You will receive an email notification acknowledging your request. This will be assessed by the classification department who will inform you whether your request has been successful. Should your application be rejected we will provide full details.

If you are adding facilities to your inventory a fee will be incurred. Payment should be made online through the classification portal.

Q: Next, if added new facilities, re-apply to receive guests

If you are adding facilities to your inventory you will need to apply for a Receive New Guests NOC prior to accepting any guest bookings.

Document requirements

A formal letter explaining the reason for adding, deleting or changing facilities is required. This must be signed, stamped and printed on official letterhead.
