Service requirements
- By law, updated permits must be displayed in the unit.
- Permit surcharges apply if the number of rooms in the unit increases.
- Permit amendments are not permitted if the permit is due for renewal.
- The renewal period commences 30 days prior to the current permit expiration.

Service delivery time
Immediately after payment is approved.
Service fee
AED 50 + AED 10 knowledge fee + AED 10 innovation fee. Total: AED 70.
Additional surcharges are applicable if rooms are added to the unit listing.

Payment option is online on Holiday Home system.
